I just wanted to send a thank you for the wonderful flowers you did for Brandon. I was so surprised. The cabin smelled wonderful and looked beautiful all week. You did a wonderful job on everything, thank you for making that a very special moment for Brandon and I. Also could you tell me what kind of wildflowers you used. I love the 2 kind of purple ones you used. I can not tell you how wonderful it was when I walked into the cabin and saw what Brandon had done it brought tears to my eyes. The meals was wonderful, also i loved all the vases and baskets you put everything in. what a wonderful job you have!!!! I know you brought joy to Brandon to be able to do that for me. I will never forget that day. thank you again. Sorry it took me so long to write. I meant to call, but we stayed so busy or slept in late that week. I am sure you understand, it is not often one gets away from family and get to spend alone time.

Dear Alexandra's:

Hi! Just a quick note of thanks for your services at our cabin.

We arrived at our cabin to find beautiful music playing on the stereo. (This made the arrival worthy of misty eyes in itself.)

Upon checking out the kitchen, we found a bountiful basket, both beautifully decorated AND brimming with all kinds of goodies--snacks, chocolates, crackers, fruit. The refrigerator was stocked with three kinds of lunch meat, cheeses, grapes, sausages, etc. The breakfast package was wonderful, with the gourmet coffee and breakfast bread! (The travel cooler and ice pack was thoughtful, as well.)

However, it was the journey upstairs to the loft area that just blew us away. We found a beautifully decorated bed, with a heart shape made of rose petals, and the number "20" in the center of the heart!!! (20th anniversary) Red ribbons on the pillows...

The Jacuzzi was gorgeous as well, and was adorned with candles, chocolates, and bath/massage oils.

Y'all saved us (me) a heap of shopping, and preparation.

I can't begin to tell you how much we loved your services. All I could keep saying was, "Look! Look! Oh...my..."

To everyone there, simply know how much joy you bring to your clients...It was worth every single penny!

I just wanted to thank you for such a lovely job you did on the smoky mountain breakfast that I ordered for my son and new daughter-in-law. You had it in the cabin "Alone at last" when they arrived on Monday evening so as not to disturb them the next morning and they were so impressed, my son called to thank me for sending it to them. They loved having the CD playing soft music when they arrived and said how wonderful all the fruit looked. They were able to have breakfast for a couple of days before going out to explore the area. It is such a nice goodie basket to surprise them with. I will recommend you to anyone I know that is coming to the area.

I don't know if you got the e-mail from my wife or not, but I just wanted to write and thank you personally. The arrangements you and your staff made for her were very nice, it brought tears to her eyes. I asked Rob Bremer to thank you for me as well, I hope he did. I am very glad that he told me to contact you. I was so worried about being this far away, and getting there to find out that I didn't get what I wanted. I have never spent that kind of money on something like that for anyone before, and I wanted it to be very special for her. And believe me it was. We have pictures of all the arrangements in our wedding album. We plan on visiting there again at Christmas time with our children this time, and I plan on having you do another arrangement for her when we get there, or have it waiting for her. And this time I will feel very at ease with picking up the phone and telling you guys to do what you think she would like. You and the people that work with you are a very important part of our wedding in Tennessee, and we will always think of you for what you helped us with while we were there. I even took the small bouquet form the bathroom window and made her flower bouquet she carried myself. I looked very nice, she loved it as well. Well, I will try to quit writing, but we just wanted you to know what it meant to us, and that we appreciated the time and effort you and your staff took to make our wedding and our stay in Tennessee very special to the both of us!

Everything is great here, we just had our 1 year anniversary on July 4th, and guess where we were...yep Tennessee...we love it there, even thinking about buying some land to build on eventually. I had a question for you, when we ate the salad you had prepared with our meal, it had a little reddish berry on it, what was that berry? That was the best salad I have ever eaten, and whatever those were made it very good. I hope all is well with you and your business, you are very good at what you do, you should be in business for a long time! I just wanted to let you know just how much I appreciated you helping me to surprise my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary.  The "Night of Romance" basket was wonderful.  The look on my husbands face was priceless.  He thought we were in the wrong cabin and he just couldn't figure out how "they" knew it was our anniversary.  Thank you for helping to make our 20th anniversary and alone time weekend wonderful.  We will definately recommend you to our friends.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed everything that was in my package. The extra candles instead of the balloons were perfect. My husband thought that someone had left us a bottle of Sparking Grape and candles around the whirlpool. He thought that was so thoughtful of the last person there. What a man! He finally got it after he saw the Kisses, the rose and the rest. He was tickled.

My wife and I just wanted to thank you so much for your hospitality and generosity during our week in the Smokies. I had ordered the Smoky Mountain Breakfast to be there upon our arrival on March 28th. It was there waiting for us and my wife was so pleasantly surprised!

However, I noticed that the bottle of sparkling drink wasn't there. I called the next day (and I'm sorry I don't remember who I spoke with) about that. She looked into it and called me right back explaining that the picture and description on the website was outdated and that the bottle is no longer included. I was offered a substitute bottle anyway and I accepted. Much to our surprise, when we got back to our cabin at Hidden Mountain, not only was the bottle there, but 2 glasses and chocolates!!! Thank you!! The flowers, bread and fruits were great too, especially the red grapes.

Thanks for helping make this a memorable anniversary trip!

Jackie, thank you so much for making our anniversary a little more special. My husband was so surprised.

I was a little concerned when we were able to get in the cabin so early. As soon as we got up there, I said "let's go shopping". Off we went.

We got back to the cabin about 5. He did notice lights on from outside. Then the fireplace was on. A little baffled, he turned and looked in the bedroom, his jaw dropped. I just said "Happy Anniversary".

You're great and I will definitely recommend you to our friends.
