Judy makes all of our foods from scratch: Bagels, Breads and Spreads. A delicious assortment of freshly baked bagels, croissants, and mini-muffins attractively arranged on a beautiful tray with our signature cream cheese bagel-spreads, jellies and whipped honey-butter all waiting for you on your cabin's counter. (Spreads are in the fridge) Serves 4 people generously for two days. ...next it's time for you to have a great lunch! "The Lunch Box" - A classic assortment of thinly sliced luncheon meats and fresh cheeses on an attractive trays served with your choice of freshly baked breads, and accompanied by Creations by J's signature home-made sandwich spread and served with chips. Choose from two of our freshly baked country white, wheat and rye breads. This generous sandwich platter that will serve 4 people for two meals! ...and just for you - a fantastic dinner! "Bubba's BBQ Feast" - Our most popular full meal that is usually chosen for dinner and is not for the faint of heart, or palate. Our signature hickory-smoked bbq meal includes a full rack of hickory-smoked pork ribs, 1 pound of pulled pork bbq, secret sauce and country baked beans - all waiting for you in your fridge ready to heat. Please consume with gusto within 24 hours of delivery in order to assure freshness. Don't forget the dessert! "Satan's Chocolate Cake" - Our secret recipe dense chocolate buttermilk cake is sure to please even the pickiest of chocolate lovers! You'll understand the name after the first bite. We bake this amazing treat from scratch using Ghirardelli chocolate, fresh butter, eggs and to "top it all off," our rich chocolate fudge frosting covers this evil concoction...a 9 inch round cake. Chocolate and Coffee Basket Chocolate and Coffee are 2 of the best things in life. They taste even better here in the mountains. We think it has to do with the mountain air! In this basket you will find rich coffee that is roasted just for us by our friends in Greenbrier Tennessee at Cumberland Valley Coffee. Taste it and you will see that it is some of the best coffee around! Next comes the CHOCOLATE, lots of CHOCOLATE!
