How to order
Your order for any of our Smoky Mountain gift baskets, specialty products or in cabin services can be placed by calling (888) 822-2322 or via email at info@goodbaskets.com.

Here at Alexandra's Goodie Basket we do prefer phone orders so that we may give personalized attention to all of the details for each of our valued customers.

When ordering we will need to know the cabin company and cabin name or hotel Name and room number, date you want your delivery, and estimated time of arrival or when you want us to deliver your special package.

Please understand that we are often limited to the check-out times of the individual companies and their cleaning schedules. We do our best to make everything work for you.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

Hours of operation
As a labor of love we are open and ready to deliver to your cabin, hotel or home 7 days a week from 9 am to 9pm.

Towns in Delivery area
We will deliver your baskets or specialty products to Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Pittman Center Tennessee. We are glad to deliver to Cosby, Newport and Townsend TN for a small $30.00 delivery fee.

Delivery can be arranged for some areas of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Call in advance for pricing for park deliveries.

We respectfully request a 48 hour notice for orders. Custom orders require a 7 day notice, but will try our best to work with any time schedule for custom and regular orders.

Cancellations
Refunds for orders will be given as long as we receive at least a 48 hours notice except on some custom products such as cakes orders which require at least 7 days notice prior to delivery.

There are no refunds for massage packages if you are not at your cabin or hotel room for your appointment or for the time that you are late.
