What to expect during your Smoky Mountain Massage.
On the day of your massage, you will be asked to complete the health intake form. Your therapist will go over the form with you to make sure that a massage can be safely performed on you.
The massage will be conducted on a comfortable massage table in you cabin, chalet, or even outside on a balcony. The therapist will leave the room while you undress (to your comfort level), then you'll slip between soft sheets and settle in for your massage. The session begins with warm up strokes to the back and neck area. One limb at time is uncovered, leaving the remainder of your body securely and warmly covered. Be sure to tell the therapist if you are too warm or cold, or if the pressure comfortable or not. This way you have the best massage experience possible. At the end of the session the therapist will leave the room and allow you time to get up and get dressed.
